CardzTV is having a challenge...it's to create a card using any technique...
This is like a double challenge...first is to create a card BUT
the other challenge is NOT to use cricut machine..."OUCH" I can't ever think of not using my cricut BUT I did it...
It's somewhat a simple card...I tore lots of paper...
I used beige construction paper and inked it with Walnut Ink it Up...
Two circle punch and a paper punch...VOILA my card and no cricut....WOW that wasn't so bad...

Paper Cutz Challenge #58 is to make a card or a project using a tag...
Mine is using a empty roll of toilet paper...I cover the roll with leftover
paper that I had in my stash..I made it as a birthday with the tag sliding into the roll....I just added embellishment and voila a cost to nothing tag project..this could be added to a card but it's a little bulky...

This week at Designed 2 Delight is this adorable snowman...I just LOVE snowmen...
In January I decorate my living room with figurine and musical snowmen...there is something about them that to me they are so magical....
At Double Delight Blog Challenge is to make an embellishment...the DT @ Designed 2 Delight made some last week and they showed us how to with each of their tutorial...
Their embellishment and Faith Image made a great challenge...
My embellishment is the snowflake...I followed Jane's tutorial it was perfect for me to make and add it to my card...

House on a Hill...

Creative Chicks Challenge # 9 from Stretch N Bubbles is this awesome little house and I just fell in love with it...There was something about the house that seem so homey...I couldn't wait to color it and put it on a card...
For my background it's just regular computer paper that I crumbled and inked,
spread it out and ironed it to make it flatter..so simple to make when I want that kind of look for my card...

Such a cutie and the sentiment goes so well with the image that Faith has created...
Double Delight has added a twist which you have to use the same image and then
add buttons and a blue color somewhere on your card...
I used clear buttons and the blue is in the swirls and behind the image I also used my blue gel pen to highlight the swirl from my punch...
