Speedy TV Simple Salutations Challenge # 10 is to make a card with an animal.
I had these 3-D monkeys on my craft table and I thought it would a great sentiment of "Hang in there"...I used my cricut machine to cut the leave and a swirl cuttlebug folder also made clouds with a scallop round cicle, added mini butterflies.
This card could be used as get well card but I'm sending it to two little boys who just started in a new school...

Challenge with a Twist
This week Speedy TV Challenge with a Twist is to use "lace" and follow the sketch.
I used my lace as the separation to divide the card...I also wanted to start my Christmas cards early this year, I'm always waiting till the last minute to do them.
This was a perfect time to start...I also like snowflakes.
I used snowflakes cutterbug folder and sentiment from Studio G and a very little snowflake paper punch. I layered the card twice and the embellishment is a foam snowflake...
