Tutorial Time on Speedy TV

This week on Tutorial Time Challenge is to use a paper bag to make a flower. This tutorial is brought to us by Tammylee Newberry. I added glitter in the center of my flowers and I used Tim Holtz ink.. The only thing I would different is to make sure that my flowers were totally dry..
