Inspiration Challenge # 15

Inspiration Challenge this week is base on shoes...make a card from the inspiration that the hostess picked...
With the Fourth of July a month away I picked the good old REd, White & Blue colors for my card...
I colored my stars in blue and red leaving the background white. added a star ribbon to follow the theme and the sentiment "Celebrate"
