"Stained Glass on Vellum" is the challenge for Tutorial Time on Speedy TV.
Michael's Craft Store had no clear vellum so I bought a frosted one, the color isn't very vibrant but you still can see the colors behind the leaves.
I would still like to try it with a clear vellum.
I used an orange embossed powder to my leaves. Perfect for the autumn season.
