Tutorial Time Challenge on Speedy TV # 92

The challenge on Tutorial Time is to do "Paper Pierce".  This is a fun
technique to enhance a card...I did my piercing on the outer edge on the
red side. The sentiment is from MFP "I am Thankful" stamp set.
