Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 102

This week on Tutorial Time is by Barbie...The technique is
"Masked Borders"...What a fun and easy technique, I will keep technique on file for other cards...
For my butterflies I used MFP Lots of Word stamp set.
The sentiment came from MFP Sending Happy Thoughts stamp set.
