Friends of Speedy TV Challenge # 94

Tags and Banners is the challenge this week at Friends of Speedy TV.
I saw this a long time ago making a card with small tags so I made a Thank-You card. I used a paint chip strip from dark to light in color.
I used my sizzix die for the tags.
