Tutorial Time Challenge # 97

This week hostess on Tutorial Time is Lis...The technique is "Making Medallions"...I used a scallop border, folded my stripe of pattern paper and voila my "medallion"...I stayed in the teal color through out the card.
I used the "MFP Lots of Words" stamp set for my sentiment.
