Tutorial Time on Speedy TV # 95

Canvas Resist by Barbie is the challenge on Tutorial Time...I didn't have white embossing powder so I used the black, purple distress ink, water sprayer, yellow dazzle with yellow ribbon.
I used the "Sending Happy Thoughts" Stamp Set from MFP.
