Tutorial Time on Speedy TV

Speedy TV Tutorial Time Challenge is "Faux Silk" technique.
I really like doing this and so easy...the only thing I would change is I would wait to let the tissue paper to dry before coloring my image.
I like the texture it creates. This technique would be perfect for so many stamp set...
