Vellum
Took a sheet of vellum and ran it through
Crafter's Companion falling dots embossed folder.
I then layered the vellum over the
pattern paper to add a soft touch for
the front of the card.
The strip is the backside of the pattern paper,
added a simple tag with gold trim.
The pattern paper is from Hobby Lobby
Peppermint Stripe paper pad.

What a pretty card! The vellum softened the colours beautifully Terrie, and I like the extra texture you added too. Lovely design.
